Do you offer finish samples?

Yes, you can email us at contact@jillianoneillcollection.com to request specific finish and fabric samples.

How long will it take to receive our piece?

You will receive your piece in approximately 8 weeks from your order date, unless we reach out and notify you otherwise. Material availability may occasionally cause the delay of a piece.

What methods of shipping do you offer?

In order to keep our pieces pristine through the delivery process we offer a white glove delivery service.  The added cost will guarantee your piece arrives safely and make it's way into your home seamlessly.

What is the difference between your pieces and pieces from a general catalog source?

Our pieces each offer a high level of design and the elements are executed by craftsmen in the United States. Typically pieces of this nature are only offered to interior designers at trade showrooms.  Supreme solid hardwoods, luxury textiles and exotic stones combine to make truly unique furnishings.

Do you offer a trade program?

Yes, please send along your full company information including a copy of your tax id along with two showroom references to contact@jillianoneillcollection.com and we will be happy to work with you. We also offer custom capabilities. Please contact us for more details.

Do you offer a COM option?

You may email us regarding your COM request and we will approve on a case by case basis OR we also offer a muslin option for your pieces at a discount so you can easily reupholster with your own workroom.
